Friday round-up

The Supreme Court is expected to release one or more opinions in argued cases at 10 a.m. EST. The most time-sensitive pending case isTrump v. New York, the challenge to the president’s plan to change the way that House seats are apportioned among the states by excluding people living in the country illegally from the census data used in the apportionment formula.
