The week ahead

The Court is expected to announce orders and opinions this morning at 10 a.m. Eastern; on Thursday, we expect to have opinions but no orders.  We will be live-blogging both days.

The Justices also meet for their last private conference of the Term on Thursday.  Our list of Petitions to Watch for that conference is coming soon.
