We have several briefs going in today.

We filed this petition (with appendix) in Whitman v. DOT. This is the third case we did with our Winter Term class at Harvard.

We’re also filing briefs for the respondents in FCC et al v. Brand X Communications et al — the cable modem case. Those briefs are at the printer now. As soon as they’re filed, we’ll post them.
