George Mason to preview Supreme Court cases with significant economic implications

On Friday, Sept. 24, at 12 p.m. EDT, the Law & Economics Center at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School will host a virtual event titled “Civil Justice Preview of the Supreme Courts 2021-2022 Term.” It will examine cases where economic analysis is involved or significant economic consequences are at stake. The event will feature John Beisner (partner at Skadden) and Robert Peck (president of the Center for Constitutional Litigation), and will be moderated by Donald Kochan (professor of law at George Mason). It is free to the public.
