Event announcement: State and Local Legal Centers Supreme Court Preview

On Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. EDT, the State and Local Legal Center will host a virtual discussion of major cases affecting state and local governments at the Supreme Court this term. The panel will feature Kevin Daley of the Washington Free Beacon as well as two advocates who will argue a few of the cases up for discussion: Deepak Gupta of Gupta Wessler and Andrew Pinson, solicitor general of Georgia.
