Today at noon, we held a webinar before the oral argument in Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania. Eric Citron of Goldstein & Russell and Nelson Tebbe of Cornell Law School led a discussion for law school students on the case and religious freedom jurisprudence. A recording of the webinar is available below.

The case will be argued at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, with live audio access on the blog. We will host another webinar to talk about the argument, at 12 p.m. on Friday, May 8. Join us to ask questions here. The post-argument webinar will also be live-streamed on the blog.
