The Supreme Court released orders from the March 1 conference on Monday; the justices added Iancu v. NantKwest Inc. to their merits docket for next term.
On Monday, the justices released their opinions in Rimini Street Inc. v. Oracle USA Inc., BNSF Railway Company v. Loos and Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corp. v. Wall-Street.com.
The justices will meet next for their March 15 conference. The calendar for the March sitting, which will begin on March 18, is available on the Supreme Court website.
