The Supreme Court released orders from the February 22 conference on Monday; the justices granted Rotkiske v. Klemm for next term and summarily reversed in Yovino v. Rice.

On Tuesday, the justices released their opinion in Nutraceutical Corp. v. Lambert.

On Wednesday, the justices released their opinions in Madison v. AlabamaGarza v. Idaho and Jam v. International Finance Corp.

On Monday, the justices heard oral argument in Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck.

On Tuesday, the justices heard oral argument in United States v. Haymond and Mont v. United States.

On Wednesday, the justices heard oral argument in The American Legion v. American Humanist Association.

On Friday, the justices met for their March 1 conference; John Elwood’s Relist Watch compiles the petitions that were relisted for this conference.
