The Supreme Court released orders from the November 9 conference on Tuesday; the justices added PDR Network, LLC v. Carlton & Harris Chiropractic Inc. and Virginia House of Delegates v. Bethune-Hill to their docket for this term.
On Friday, the justices met for their November 16 conference; that afternoon, the justices added In re Department of Commerce and Cochise Consultancy Inc. v. United States, ex rel. Hunt to their docket for this term.
