This week at the court

The court released its order list from the June 8 conference on Monday. The court granted certiorari in Oil States Energy Services LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC, and it released a per curiam opinion in Virginia v. LeBlanc. On Monday the court also released opinions in four argued cases: Henson v. Santander Consumer USA, Microsoft Corp. v. Baker, Sessions v. Morales-Santana and Sandoz Inc. v. Amgen Inc. On Thursday the justices met for their June 15 conference; our list of “petitions to watch” for that conference is available here.
