This week at the court

The court released its order list from the June 1 conference on Monday. The court granted certiorari in one case, issued a summary affirmance in another, and released a per curiam opinion in a third.On Monday the court also released opinions in four argued cases:Advocate Health Care Network v. Stapleton,Kokesh v. Securities and Exchange Commission,Honeycutt v. United StatesandTown of Chester v.
