Petition of the day

Thepetition of the day is:

Issue:(1) Whether the National Labor Relation Board’s interpretation of 153(b), which authorizes the Board to delegate certain statutory powers to its regional directors, is entitled to any level of judicial deference; and (2) whether the Board’s interpretation of 153(b), that regional directors can exercise the statutory powers delegated to them by the Board regardless of whether the Board has a quorum, should be upheld.
