On February 13 the State & Local Legal Center will host a webinar on T-Moble v. City of Roswell, in which the Court held that a local government must provide written reasons for denying an application to build a cell tower.  Tim Lay, who wrote SLLC’s amicus brief in the case, will be discussing the practical implications of the Court’s decision.
