On Monday, March 31, the Program on Information Justice & Intellectual Property at American University’s Washington College of Law will host a post-argument discussion on Alice Corporation Pty. Ltd. v. CLS Bank International as part of its Supreme Court Series. Judge Paul Michel of the Federal Circuit, Pamela Samuelson of UC Berkeley School of Law, Kevin Collins of Washington University School of Law, D. Zachary Hudson of Bancroft PLLC, Paul Hughes of Mayer Brown LLP, and Suzanne Michel of Google, Inc., will discuss that morning’s oral argument; WCL’s Jonah Anderson will serve as the moderator. The event, which is open to the public, will be held at WCL in Room 401 from 4 to 5:45 p.m., with a reception to follow in the student lounges.
