On Monday the Court issued orders from its October 12 Conference and granted one new case.
The October sitting is now over. The Court is not scheduled to hear any oral arguments until the November sitting begins on October 29.
The next Conference is scheduled for October 26. Our list of petitions to watch for that Conference will be available soon.
