This morning at ten o’clock we expect one or more opinions in argued cases. We will begin live blogging shortly before ten.
Following opinions, the Court will hear one hour of oral argument in Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians v. Patchak and Salazar v. Patchak, which have been consolidated. The Court will consider whether the federal government has sovereign immunity against a suit concerning tribally owned lands to which the government holds title.
