Today at the Court: April 23, 2012

This morning at ten o’clock we expect orders from the April 20 Conference. Our list of “petitions to watch” for that Conference is here. We will begin live blogging shortly before ten o’clock.

Following orders, the Court will hear oral argument in RadLAX v. Amalgamated Bank, in which the Court will consider whether a debtor may pursue a Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan that proposes to sell assets without allowing secured creditors to bid on the assets in question.
