At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion and to release orders from its April 1 Conference. (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will cover these developments in a Live Blog.
No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, nor are the Justices scheduled to hold a Conference. The next Conference will take place on Friday, April 15, with orders released on Monday, April 18. Our Petitions to Watch feature for that Conference will be posted in the coming weeks.
