This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion and to release orders from its January 21 Conference.  (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will be covering these developments in a “Live Blog.”

No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, nor are the Justices scheduled to hold a Conference. The next Conference is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 18, and oral arguments will resume on Tuesday, February 22.
