Argument day podcasts: Schwarzenegger v. Plata

Continuing our series of podcasts on oral argument days, we have two new podcasts below with attorneys who filed briefs on both sides of Schwarzenegger v. Plata (No. 09-1233). At issue in the case is whether a court order requiring California to reduce its prison population to remedy unconstitutional conditions in its correctional facilities violates the Prison Litigation Reform Act.
