On Monday, the Court is expected to issue orders from its October 15 Conference. Our “Petitions to Watch” list for that Conference is here.

No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, and no Conference is scheduled to take place. The Justices’ next Conference is scheduled for October 29, and oral arguments are scheduled to resume on November 1.
