This week at the Court

The week of September 20, 2010

Because the Court is not in session, it will not act on any (non-emergency) petitions and will not decide any cases.

This week, we will publish our list of petitions to watch for the long conference.

The orders granting certiorari from that Conference likely will be issued at 10 a.m. (all times are Eastern) on Tuesday, September 28.  Orders denying certiorari will be released at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 4.
