Today at the Court

Today the Justices meet for their private conference to discuss petitions for certiorari and motions in pending cases.  No non-capital orders are expected, though we will report promptly on any should they be issued.

Also today, the petitioners merits brief is due in NASA v. Nelson (09-530).
