SCOTUSblog’s policies

As our publisher Tom Goldstein noted earlier this Term, SCOTUSblog is striving to be an ever more impartial, journalistic organization.  With this aim in mind, we have formally written down our primary policies for running the blog, including our standards for disclosing the involvement of our sponsoring law firms in any cases we cover, our editorial structure and procedures, and other common practices of the blog staff.  A permalink to the policies now appears at the bottom of the righthand sidebar.
