At 10 a.m., the Court is scheduled to hear argument in Davis v. FEC (07-320), involving the constitutionality of the Millionaires Amendment to campaign finance laws. Andrew D. Herman of Washington, D.C., will argue for the petitioner, and Solicitor General Paul D. Clement will argue for the respondent.
At 11 a.m., the Court is scheduled to hear argument in Giles v. California (07-6053), involving the admissibility of testimony from witnesses whose death was caused by the defendant. Marilyn G. Burkhardt of Los Angeles will argue for the petitioner, and Donald E. De Nicola of the California Solicitor General’s office will argue for the respondent.
