Upcoming Argument: Washington State Grange & Washington v. Washington State Republican Party

Today at 10 a.m. Eastern, the Court is scheduled to hear oral argument in the consolidated cases of Washington State Grange v. Washington State Republican Party (06-713) and Washington v. Washington State Republican Party (06-730).
Washington State Attorney General Robert M. McKenna will argue for the petitioner, and John J. White of Kirkland, Wash., will argue for the respondent.
