Many major news outlets today released their end-of-term analyses and predictions for what will happen when the Court embarks upon a new term in October.
Linda Greenhouse of the New York Times has her take on what happened this term, entitled Roberts Is at Court’s Helm, but He Isn’t Yet in Control, here.
The Washington Posts Charles Lane focuses on the role of Justice Kennedy in his end-of-term wrap-up, and it can be found here.
Dahlia Lithwick of Slate has a few thoughts on the tactics that everyone from Supreme Court advocates to the other Justices is using to attempt to capture the vote of Justice Kennedy; the article can be read here.

This weekends Wall Street Journal contains a few thoughts (here) on how well Chief Justice Roberts is achieving his stated goal of increasing the level of consensus on the Court.
