Update on Schiavo case: still waiting

As of 8:15 p.m., the Supreme Court had not yet received the expected request for an order to restore nutrition for Theresa Marie Schiavo. There remains an expectation that there will be a filing tonight. If that changes, it will be posted on this site immediately.
