The firm has (no joke) 12 briefs due between now and February 28, the day I will argue the Spector case. Here is brief number one (a cert. reply brief in the ongoing litigation over whether Judge Pryor was constitutionally appointed), with credit for the substantive constitutional analysis going to Marty Lederman.
