Bottom-Side Briefs in RLUIPA Case

Bottom-side briefs were filed today in No. 03-9877, Cutter v. Wilkinson, involving the constitutionality of section 3 (the “institutionalized persons” section) of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000. Top-side briefs can be found here.
