Oral arguments have concluded for the term. No oral arguments are scheduled and no non-capital orders are expected to be issued from the Court this week.

The petitioner’s merits brief is due Monday in Alvarez v. Smith (08-351). No respondents’ merits briefs are due this week. Supplemental briefs in Coeur Alaska, Inc. v. Southeast Alaska Conservation Council, et al. and Alaska v. Southeast Alaska Conservation Council, et al. (07-984/07-990) are due Monday.
