On Monday the Supreme Court released orders from the March 23 conference. The court did not add any new cases to its merits docket for next term, nor did it call for the views of the U.S. solicitor general in any cases.

On Tuesday the justices released their decision in Hall v. Hall.

The justices heard oral argument on Monday in United States v. Sanchez-Gomez and China Agritech Inc. v. Resh, on Tuesday in Hughes v. United States and Koons v. United States, and on Wednesday in Benisek v. Lamone.

On Thursday the justices met for their March 29 conference; our “petitions to watch” for that conference is available at this link.
