Florida, regarding delays in the capital punishment process in the context of the case of Glenn Ford, a death-row inmate who was recently exonerated in Louisiana.
• The American Constitution Society recently hosted a briefing on the challenges to the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate; the video of the briefing is now available online.
