The California Endowment in Los Angeles is hosting a mock moot court tomorrow in Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida , examining the lawfulness of the Affordable Care Act’s minimum coverage requirement.

Kathleen M. Sullivan, partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and the former dean of Stanford Law School, will argue for the constitutionality of the of the minimum coverage provision opposite Theodore J. Boutrous, Jr., partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.  Justices include Vikram Amar, Hon. Gray Davis, Judge Alex Ferrer, Daniel Philip Kessler, Thomas E. Lorentzen, Rachel F. Moran, Hon. Carlos R.
