The Supreme Court expects to issue final decisions next week on Monday, and perhaps again on Thursday, the Court announced Friday.  The week’s orders resulting from yesterday’s Conference will be issued at 10 a.m. Monday, followed by opinions in argued cases.  If, as expected, the Court has further opinions ready next week, they will be released at 10 a.m. Thursday, with no orders expected that day.  As the Court moves toward its summer recess, perhaps late this month, it is likely to have multiple decision days each week.  It has 24 cases yet to decide.
