On September 24 at 4 p.m. Dahlia Lithwick of Slate Magazine will give a lecture in honor of Constitution Day titled “Supreme Court Review: Election-Year Issues and Highlights of the Last Term,” which will also look ahead to the 2012 Term. The talk is free and open to the public; it will be held at the Library of Congress. Tickets are not required.
