(1) Whether, when multiple police officers seek qualified immunity on a summary judgment motion, their entitlement to qualified immunity should be evaluated individually or collectively; and (2) whether the court below acted contrary to the Supreme Court"s precedents by relying on a single inapposite precedent"its own"in determining that it was clearly established that business owners have a right to be free from retaliation directed toward their business by police officers after the owner complained to those police officers regarding their conduct.
