Whether " when, for the purposes of the Armed Career Criminal Act, generic burglary occurs when a defendant unlawfully enters a building or unlawfully remains in the building, with the intent to commit a crime " the requisite intent to commit a crime must exist when the defendant enters or decides to remain in the building, or whether the intent may be formed at any time while the defendant is present in the building.
