Holding
Petitioner Gabriel Olivier’s suit seeking purely prospective relief — an injunction stopping officials from enforcing an ordinance in the future — can proceed, notwithstanding his prior conviction for violating that ordinance. Heck v. Humphrey does not hold otherwise.
