Missouri v. Garcia

Whether a defendant who flees from the scene of a crime, and remains at large for several years as a result of that flight, can claim that his right to a speedy trial under the Sixth Amendment has been violated, without proving that he was prejudiced as a result of the delay in his apprehension.
