Issue
Whether, under Coolidge v. New Hampshire and Missouri v. McNeely, the Fourth Amendment allows police officers to seize a defendant's lawfully parked automobile from a parking lot without a warrant long after the defendant is in custody, the police are present to prevent anyone from moving the vehicle, and hours elapse between securing the area and the seizure.
