Lopez v. Candaele

(1) Whether students have standing to bring a facial challenge to a university's speech code intended to prevent sexual harassment; and (2) whether, in the alternative, a student affected by the speech code has standing under the overbreadth doctrine to assert the rights of others not before the Court.
