Kucana v. Holder
Holding
A federal immigration statute bars judicial review of certain immigration decisions left to the discretion of the Attorney General by statute. In this case, the Court held that whether to reopen administrative proceedings in an immigration case is not one of those discretionary decisions shielded from judicial review.
