Whether, in light of Viking River Cruises v. Moriana, the Supreme Court should grant the writ of certiorari, vacate the judgment below, and remand the case for consideration of whether a mutual pre-dispute agreement to arbitrate all claims arising from an employment relationship is enforceable as to an employee"s claims under California"s Private Attorneys General Act alleging Labor Code violations.
