Florida v. K. C.

Certiorari Denied

Petition for certiorari denied on June 19, 2017.

Docket No.16-1224

Issue

Whether the Fourth District Court of Appeal of Florida improperly applied and grossly expanded the Supreme Court's decision in Riley v.
