Bartenwerfer v. Buckley
Holding
Pursuant to Section 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, a debtor like Kate Bartenwerfer who is liable for her partner's fraud cannot discharge that debt in bankruptcy, regardless of her own culpability.
