Richard Cooke,

Richard D. Cooke worked for the U.S. Department of Justice for 23 years, first at the Antitrust Division for 5 years and then as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia for 18 years. For over a decade he served as chief of appeals in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office. He is presently employed by Baughman Kroup Bosse.
