At its Conference on May 2, 2014, the Court will consider petitions seeking review of issues such as the class-wide resolution of entitlement to punitive damages, the threshold of eligibility under the Whistleblower Protection Act, and the loss of workers’ compensation benefits as an injury under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
