Issue: Whether in failing to bring respondent before a judge according to the language of a material witness order, but instead questioning her intermittently at the office of the Queens District Attorney for two consecutive days, the assistant district attorney and the police officers employed by the Queens DA were entitled to the absolute immunity provided to prosecutors engaged in acts of advocacy.
