Event announcement

On November 18 at 11:30 a.m., the Constitution Project will host a debate, “Blocking judicial nominations: Constitutional prerogative or constitutional crisis?” The debate will feature Steve Vladeck and Ed Whelan; Adam Liptak will serve as moderator.
